Placing an order

Add your plants to the basket and check out securely — we accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Enter your billing address and, if you’d like your order sent somewhere else, a separate delivery address — gift orders are welcome.

Dispatch

Order by 1pm, Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays), and we dispatch your plants the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed from Thursday afternoon through Sunday are dispatched on Monday. Parcels sent into the weekend can sit in a courier depot for days, and we won’t risk your plants’ health — they travel best going straight from our nursery to your door.

Delivery

Delivery is a flat £4.99, whatever you order — there’s no minimum order.

Your plants travel with DHL Parcel UK’s tracked next-day service and require a signature on delivery. Most orders arrive the next working day after dispatch; a small number take an extra day. There are no Sunday deliveries.

We deliver across mainland Great Britain, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
