Description
Rhododendron ‘Ramapo’ is a compact, low-growing shrub that reaches up to 1m in height and spread. It has small, dark green foliage and produces abundant clusters of lavender-blue flowers in late spring to early summer. This rhododendron is known for its excellent cold hardiness, making it ideal for growing in colder climates. It is also relatively easy to grow, requiring well-draining soil and partial shade. Its small size makes it suitable for planting in rock gardens, mixed borders, and as a groundcover. The Royal Horticultural Society has awarded it the prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
